New Power Industry LLC (“we,” “us”) provides AI-powered phone receptionist and appointment-scheduling services to local businesses. This policy describes what information we collect through those services and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Call data. When you call a business that uses our receptionist service, the call may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded and transcribed. We collect the phone number you call from, the audio recording, the transcript, and details you provide during the call (such as your name and appointment request).
- Contact information. Names and phone numbers provided during calls or by subscribing businesses for the purpose of delivering our services.
How we use information
- To answer calls, take messages, and schedule appointments on behalf of the business you called.
- To send text messages you request during a call — such as a booking confirmation or booking link — and to notify the business of your inquiry.
- To improve service quality and maintain records for the subscribing business.
Text messaging (SMS)
- You will only receive text messages from us if you verbally request them during a phone call, provide your number for a callback or confirmation, or (for business subscribers) agree to receive lead notifications in a written service agreement.
- Message frequency varies by request; message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share call details (caller name, number, request) only with the business you called. We use service providers (telephony, transcription, and hosting vendors) solely to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & your choices
Call recordings and transcripts are retained as needed to provide the service to the subscribing business. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.
