Program description
New Power Industry LLC provides AI-powered phone receptionist services to local businesses. As part of that service, we send appointment-related text messages on behalf of subscribing businesses, including booking confirmations, requested business information or booking links, and (for business subscribers) notifications about customer calls.
Consent
- Callers: you receive messages only if you request them verbally during a phone call to a participating business (for example, asking for a booking link or confirmation text). Your request is captured in the call recording.
- Business subscribers: you receive lead-notification messages by providing your mobile number in a written service agreement.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per call or inquiry). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
