Operations and Management

Leadership and Culture are one of the greatest levers for creating a world that works for 100% of life.

I believe that when conditions are favorable, we can trust each other to behave prosocially

After reading Prosocial by Paul Atkins, Zero to One by Peter Thiel, The Aristotle Program by Google , Cascades by Greg Satell, Leading From the Emerging Future by Otto Sharmer and Katrin Kaufer and diverse collaborative experiences; I was asked by the CEO of the last company I worked for "what did I do wrong", I thought about it, drafted the document to the left and responded with "This is what you are supposed to do right". Condensing all my learning to a single rubric of what some of the great thinkers of what is needed to run an organization, I consider all of these aspects critical. They do not all need to be done perfectly, but they cannot be omitted or directly contradicted.

I am a part of a Conscious Leader Ship Group Forum where I practice their framework of how to relate to others in a candid and clear way.
